Enable receiving Updates on the SMS you sent - Go to SMS for WooCommerce - by SMS.to plugin - Settings - Gateway - Callback URL. By default the system has set the callback URL to update Reports. If you must change it, please do it with caution. This is the URL of your domain together with WordPress path

Go to SMS for WooCommerce - by SMS.to plugin - Settings - Integration. Choose the field - select an option from the drop down list Customer mobile phone or Order mobile phone. So, now, when you receive Woo Commerce notifications for orders this will use the selected phone. - If you select Order mobile phone and you don’t set a mobile phone on the order, no message will be sent.
