Installation

Our application can be found and installed through the Shopify App Store. For help how to install apps, please see: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/apps/installing-apps#install-through-the-shopify-app-store.

You will be redirected to your shop to accept the necessary data access and click Install.

Next you click Enable Recurring Charges

Open

Next you need to insert the desired payment method and proceed with its verification

Once you verify your payment method click Approve

In the new screen click View Dashboard

Next step is to verify your account by inserting your number and then submitting the code you will receive on that number

Then you configure your account so we can provide you with the best possible service. Once you have filled in all the required information, click Submit

Our team will assure these configurations are applied to your application. In case there is a conflict with the configurations you have provided we will keep you posted via email.

Congratulations! You are now on the SMS.to platform.

Please proceed with a top-up of your account balance to be able to send SMS messages/campaigns anywhere you want!

You can do that either from the SMS.to portal, or your shop’s interface, as shown in the following two screenshots.

Note 1: Minimum top-up amount you can deposit is €25

Note 2: As a safety measure, in case you deposit more than €100 we will need to verify your payment.

In case you forget to proceed with the top-up of your account balance, we have added a kind reminder on the top right of the screen.

Remember, that until you proceed with the top-up, you can only send messages to the verified phone number.

After the application is successfully installed you can visit your shop from the link in menu.

You will find the installed application under the Apps section of your left-side menu
